My statement
Conflicted between my love for the sciences and the arts I always found it difficult to choose a major that would satisfy both of my passions. And, after years of researching, architecture finally caught my eye and, ever since, I have been passionate about it. And, where else to study architecture than at one of the top-rated universities for this major in the world. I would love to attend the Manchester school of architecture and live through all the wonderful experience this university offers. Recently, I visited an architectural structure that left me in awe and won a place in my heart above all others: the louvre in Abu Dhabi. Whilst this wasn't my first visit I am always amazed by its gorgeous structure. Conceptualized by Jean Nouvel, the Louvre is a perfect blend between modern and traditional architecture whilst perfectly including cultural and Islamic elements.
